Jennifer Hawkins

As the Director of Recruitment at USDM Life Sciences, Jennifer is responsible for providing leadership and vision for recruiting operations in order to meet performance and revenue targets. She is accountable for performing operational analysis, monitoring key metrics, optimizing recruitment tools, and overseeing team productivity and performance.

Since joining USDM in November 2021, Jennifer has led the recruiting team to new levels with her professionalism and leadership and continues to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. She also co-leads the Strategic Talent Team, whose mission is to drive innovation, operational excellence, and market leadership by attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent.

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Consumer Studies, Jennifer embarked on a career and life journey abroad that developed into a 25-year career in recruitment and marketing across diverse industries. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, travelling, and learning Spanish, and is an avid health and fitness enthusiast.
