USDM Solution
By mining the Clinical Data Management System (CDMS) audit trail, USDM monitored the customer’s clinical data security on a daily basis. USDM developed algorithms to automatically detect unauthorized data changes and promptly flag them for review.
Business Outcomes
Using the results of daily security monitoring, the customer is able to investigate and address critical issues immediately. Security lapses that may have lurked undetected for weeks are now swiftly identified and addressed.
