As CTO, Jim sits at the critical intersection of advanced technology and scientific discovery. Prior to his current role, Jim held senior roles at Baxter BioScience, IT&E International, and Chiron Corporation, where he focused on business analysis, systems validation, and process optimization within highly regulated environments. His early career at Cimquest, Inc. as a subject matter expert laid the foundation for his lifelong focus on harmonizing technology and compliance.
