Jeff Burton is the Vice President of Sales at USDM Life Sciences, where he leads global sales strategy and revenue growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device markets. Since joining USDM, he has driven double-digit annual growth for eight consecutive years, expanding the company’s strategic account portfolio and establishing USDM as a trusted partner for digital transformation and AI-enabled compliance solutions.

Jeff partners with life sciences leaders to deliver technology and validation solutions that drive measurable business outcomes—accelerated validation timelines, improved audit readiness, and reduced total cost of ownership. He specializes in architecting AI-powered solutions for Computer Software Assurance (CSA), quality systems, and regulatory compliance, helping customers translate emerging technologies into competitive advantage while maintaining FDA and global regulatory standards.

Previously leading both Sales and Marketing at USDM, Jeff aligned go-to-market execution with demand generation across key life sciences domains, building the go-to-market foundation that continues to fuel the company’s expansion. He now focuses on deepening strategic relationships with innovation-driven enterprises and scaling USDM’s presence in emerging markets worldwide.

Before transitioning to life sciences, Jeff spent over a decade in sports marketing and brand management, holding leadership roles across top-tier publications and global sports brands. A former professional windsurfer, kitesurfer, and team manager, he co-founded and scaled Caution Kites International globally—experience that shaped his approach to building high-performance teams and navigating complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.

A Santa Barbara native, Jeff holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, adventure motorcycling, mountain biking, road cycling, ocean sports, and sailing with his wife and two young children.
